Quick visit to Riga

I’ve been visiting my country since I moved to London at the age of 13 at least once or twice a year. I can’t even count on my fingers of how many times I have driven through Riga- from airport straight to my home city. I have only seen Riga thorough car’s window and I’ve never got to really walk around and explore. So this time I decided to give one extra day to myself, to stay in the city and see what it is actually like.
We only had one day to walk around but to see the main places and the beautiful Old Riga, but I have to say that this short excursion did not disappoint me.
We had some incredible experiences by visiting a few great restaurants and by simply walking around the city. Although I have to admit that it was absolutely freezing outside, and coats was a non-negotiable essential, it didn’t stop our curiosity to stroll around in the main streets of city centre.
Not only I am happy that I finally got to see the capital of my country but I also got to capture some places in an outfit photoshoot! Because of the cold weather everything is still grey in the city, I thought why not bring in some vivid colours.
