Suit blazers was always seen as a smart dress up item, but that has entirely changed now. People wear blazers on every day basis, and what I find the most fascinating about it, is how everyone is styling it. It all about finding the right casual garments to match the blazer with, and one of the best pieces is definitely jeans and trainers which makes a striking combination. Mixing and matching is much more fun than following the ‘standard’ rules. In fact there are no rules any more when it comes to fashion.
The good thing about blazers is that you can wear it in many different ways, you can dress up with it for an occasion, or for a casual day out. When I saw the interesting trend of wearing lace bras & blazers, I absolutely fell in love with it straight away. It is something totally different from how you would normally see the blazers worn around and it is definitely highlighting female sexuality on a whole another level.
When it comes to finding the right blazer, for me the most important thing is the colour, the fabric and the stitching. I would look for something which has a slight stretch to it so I can more around comfortably.
There are many different blazer styles, so finding the one you like is very important. A military-styled button blazers are very trendy right now, you can see many people wearing everywhere the ultimate PIERRE BALMAIN double breasted crepe blazer. It has the iconic gold buttons and it comes in different colours as well.
If you’re aiming for a slightly more feminine look, then you can achieve that by choosing a blazer in different colour (for example: white or cram), and also look at the style. You would probably be looking for double breasted blazer with four or six buttons, a regent blazer or a blazer with waisted belt.
Another important thing is to find the right shoes, and for this you would probably look for a heeled shoe. For what kind of heel height or shoe style & colour, is entirely up to you. Be experimental and open mind
