Why it might be time to consider switching up your style

imgAGIJA_4031On my opinion people are too afraid to step out of their comfort zone and switch up their style. I was exactly the same one year ago. I didn’t know how to do it, or where to start from, and I didn’t even realised how boring my style was before I started to blog. I mean look at my first outfit post- could it get any more boring?

You shouldn’t be afraid to throw away those boring every day jeans and sweater that you have worn for the past year if not even more. Switching up your style to something more striking and refreshing will make you feel so damn good about yourself, and trust me- it will boost your confidence up to the roof.
For example I don’t notice people outside that wear jeans and black coat, simply because every second person on the street is dressed in black. But when I see someone with a colourful coat or interesting top my eyes are straight away on them.

It is hard to switch the wardrobe and it definitely doesn’t happen in one day, so my advice would be starting off with the little things. Not everyone has £500 to throw  for shopping straight away, so what you probably would want to do is shop the sales or simply choose cheaper stores. Little by little and you will notice how easy your wardrobe’s items are starting to change.
I remember how scared I was to throw/give away the clothes that I don’t wear no more, simply because I just felt more ‘safe’ when my wardrobe was stuck up with unnecessary things. I also got to sell a lot of stuff which helped me to get more new things. So don’t be afraid to switch up those old jeans sitting at the very end corner of your wardrobe shelf/drawer.
